Children especially enjoy these small dishes, giving them joy from the beauty of the wood and the perfect small size. We try to give our best selves to our children, so why not special dishes? They can also be used for serving olives, snacks, dips, for decoration or to hold jewelry, keys, etc.
Olive wood is a hard wood making it very dense and durable for everyday use. Olive wood is nonporous so no germs or odors are retained. All products are made from a single piece of wood - they are seamless and no two pieces are alike.
Set of Dishes
Dinner time can be especially difficult when trying to please a child's appetite, often leaving us (or our children) in tears following a meal. As David reminds us in Proverbs 15:17 - "Better is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a stalled ox and hatred therewith." Much of the closeness of family happens around the dinner table. The hope is that we are serving beauty and love that will fill the soul as well as food to fill the stomach.
